Follow the following procedure to install "MarketVU" App on Android and IOS and enable the stock alerts notification.
For IOS
→ Web Push notification is supported on IOS version16.4 and above
→ Enable notifications on Safari browser. Please follow How to enable Safari push notifications on iPhone or iPad
→ After enabling the push notification on Safari, open https://lambdaequitech.com in Safari browser (make sure you are not logged in)
→ Click on Share button
→ Click on "Add to Home Screen"
→ App will be installed with name of "MarketVU"
→ Signup / Login the App
→ After login, an overlay will be prompted to allow notifications at bottom and you have to Allow the Alerts.
→ If bell icon becomes small in size that means you are subscribed for notifications. Also when you click on bell icon you will see a popup with button "UNSUBSCRIBE" that also indicates you are subscribed for notifications.
Troubleshooting for iPhone
→ Issue: If overlay is not prompted to allow notification
Solution: Sign out the App and uninstall it and perform the above mentioned steps again.
→ Issue: If notifications are stopped after few days on iPhone
Solution: Sign out and sign in again
For Android
→ App "MarketVU" is available on Google Play Store. App link
→ When the App is installed, sign up / sign in the App.
→ Once you sign in, you will get a popup to allow notifications. Please allow for notifications.
→ If bell icon becomes small in size that means you are subscribed for notifications. Also when you click on bell icon you will see a popup with button "UNSUBSCRIBE" that also indicates you are subscribed for notifications.
Troubleshooting for Android
→ Issue: If you do not receive the stock alerts notification
Solution: Check if notifications are allowed on browser app (Chrome). Also check notification is enabled for lambdaequitech.com.
